We have all experienced “good” and not-so-good” learning or work environments. Select either learning or work environments. Reflect upon some of your “good” ones, and several that were not so good.
Then identify what was different between the two that created the disparate evaluation. Next, using a positive psychology construct (or constructs, e.g., like hope, self efficacy, PERMA, etc, that we have covered so far), describe how you could change that “not-so-good” experience to make it a “good” one (both in how you might have changed your thoughts about it and/or how you would have changed it if you were in charge of the organization.
