2. Now go on the internet and look up the ingredient list for the food you chose. Find either the Nutrition Facts Label (if you don’t have the original packaging) or the company’s website to look up what is in the food. Notice the ingredient list. Any unfamiliar names? What do they mean? Look them up, read what they are. Reflect on your experience. Does knowing what’s in the food change the way your feel? Journal your reflections below, at least 500 words.
