Format and Rubric for Journal Article Review
Specific Requirements:
1. Your critique should be 1 ½ – 2 pages typed, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, and 12-point font. Requires
two sections: summary and reflection (see description).
2. Submit your critique via Turn-It-In on My Classes. Your originality report must be <20% to avoid grade
penalites.
3. Upload your article in PDF form to My Classes (-10 points if article is not uploaded).
4. Select one article of original research from a peer reviewed, scientific journal from the last five years
related to your interest related to EXSC 462 (-10 points if your article is not peer reviewed or original
research).
