• Option Four: You are a public official elected at the local city level who serves a population of 50,000 to 250,000 people. You have been asked by the mayor to determine how to allocate the budget to best support the needs of the city. These could include, but not be limited to, supporting capital requirements, operational requirements, and subsidizing nonprofit organizations or using economic incentives to bring new private concerns into the city. Prepare a report for the mayor and city council on your proposed expenditure plan. The Final Paper:
• Must be 8 to 10 double-spaced pages in length (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

The final paper is designed to have you apply the knowledge that you have gained during the prior weeks and apply it to the CASE you have opted to explore.
In your acting leadership role, you will need to explore the financial, legal, and possible alternative health care models that the group you are consulting would need to consider, based on their final objective. You are required to address the financial planning factors that will need to be monitored, the potential legal and anti-trust issues that they must avoid, as well as the strategic and capital budget plans that must be addressed in order to achieve operational success.
When you are going over each of the aforementioned topics, please make sure you fully explain the key CASE issue, how each topic specifically impacts the CASE you selected, and substantive recommendations on different measures to implement in order to achieve their goal.
Make sure your thesis is impactful and gives the reader a preview of your final recommendations to solve the CASE. Also, make sure your introduction highlights the main problem in the CASE, the role you play in spearheading the project, and touch on the above topics you will explore to help you solve the CASE. Similarly, the conclusion will restate your thesis, summarize your findings, and provide any final thoughts to wrap up the CASE.
