the second question is = examine the following argument for athesim from the big bang. decide wather it ts a good argument and argue eather in support or against it.
1. if god exists and there is an earliest state of the universe, then god created the earliest state
2. god ( as understood by classical theism) is omniscient, omnipotent and perfectly benevolent.
3.A universe with life is better than an inannimate universe.
4. therefore god created the earliest state, then it must eather contain life, or eventually lead to universe containing life. (1, 2, 3, )
5.there is an earliest state of the universe and it is unique event for the big bang.
6. the earliest state of the universe involves the life hostile conditions of infinite temprature ,infinite curvature and infinite density
7. the the big bang event is s inherently unpredictable and lawless, there is no guarantee that it will lead to a universe with life.
8. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the earliest state of the universe will lead to life. (5 and 7)
9. Therefore, God could not have created the earliest state (4 and 8)
10. Therefore, God (as understood by classical theism) does not exist (1 and 9
the third question is that = realism vs non realism in phylosophy of religion.
