In this module, we have discussed different forms of communication and how they vary, based on the number of participants, channels used, and contexts. In this situational analysis, you will consider which forms of communication to use when preparing for a graduation speech, by considering the level of intentionality, goals, and contexts of each form.
Here is the situation: Johanna was assigned to give her graduation speech. She is apprehensive about public speaking; therefore, she has decided to prepare for the speech beforehand to give a solid performance.
