Why do people migrate? Discuss what affects peoples’ decisions–and ability–to do so, as well as some of the consequences of relevant factors. Make an argument as to the significance of the various factors involved, and what can (or should) be done in response.

You must draw from your textbook and reputable news sources from the list on your syllabus to answer the questions. The answers to the essay questions should be in short essay format with a thesis statement and supporting evidence. You do not need to use footnotes or endnotes for the answers.
