TYPE OF PROJECT: Replacing the clients current EHR in their long term care facility. I would like someone to re-write and ADD to the attached sample survey. I used a new approach implementing this new project. The new approach has the below. 1. We had 3 different SME’s (Lead Consultant(customer facing), Configuration Specialist(non customer facing) and training specialist (customer facing)). 2. We used a new WORKFLOW BASED implementation approach where we gathered information BASED On workflow. (please google types of workflows in a long term care faiclity i.e. Pre-admission/admission, care planning etc.) 3. Included a business requirements document REVIEW and SIGNOFF 4.
