I have a theoretical framework (sustainable livelihood and poverty dynamics) and research context (Rwanda) already. But I need more write up. Everything is in there. You just need to follow the references. RESEARCH CONTEXT – add more about gender-related policies in Rwanda Theoretical framework – more on social exclusion as caused of poverty.. and other lacking things..
