The Personal Best APN Leadership Project Report is intended to assist students in conducting an evidence-based advanced practice nursing change project. The Report should, as much as possible, include the student’s ongoing design, implementation (when possible/feasible), and evaluation of their change project. Please include the following domains (1) four domains of APN leadership (i.e., clinical practice; nursing profession, healthcare systems, healthcare policy); (2) potential APN contributions to healthcare based on access, quality, and value; and (3) the APN’s leadership role in shaping health, healthcare and policy at national, state, and local levels.
Follow the STRICT “My Personal Best Leadership Project” guidelines in Kouzes & Posner (2017, pp. 19-28) when writing. I will send via email to use as a reference.
