Select a specific decision making task and perform the following:

Determine if they are intuitive or analytical decisions and DESCRIBE WHY you believe this to be the case. If possible, please pull from your experience with this task as opposed to hypothetical situations as this will lead to a better analysis.
a. For intuitive decisions, present a DISCUSSION of how the recognition primed decision making model could account for/describe this decision process (e.g., is the situation familiar, can the cues be matched to previous cues, does mental simulation occur?).
b. For Analytical decisions, describe the analytical process, including: cues utilized in the decision, the different ways one could assess the situation (both incorrect and correct assessments), and the decision alternatives which could be considered and selected (both effective and ineffective alternatives).
3. Identify any heuristics associated with each decision. If none, describe why not?
4. Identify any potential bias associated with each decision.
5. Identify factors (e.g., time pressure, stress, uncertainty, expertise) that impact each decision and describe HOW.
Describe the typical level of workload associated with this task, including where it is on the inverted U curve, where it is in relation to the red line of workload, and describe a situation which could cause it to exceed the red line of workload.
Describe the resources required to complete this task per Multiple Resource Theory:
