Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this is assignment is to provide the student with increased awareness of the role and Human Resources in an organization and the working relationship that exists between HR and other segments of the organization.
Assignment Steps
Locate the a business or industry.
Develop a 1,050-word minimum summary of the working relationship between human resources and the other sections of the business/industry and the associated role of performance management in the organization.
Include the following:
-Identify the over-riding management methodology used with the various work groups in the organization.
-Determine the performance management process within the organization and it associated impact on the organization.
-Analyze the relationship between human resources and other parts of the company and the impacts of the relationship.
– Evaluate the performance management process identified and any changes you would recommend.
Format the assignment consistent with APA guidelines.
