Why are the powers of the President greater today then when the Constitution became the law of the land in 1789? Is it good that the President is more powerful today then when the Constitution was first written? Why?
Religion always seems to be a factor in Presidential elections. Yet Article 6 of the US Constitution says that there will be “no religious test” for public office. Does it matter if the President of the USA is a religious person? Why do so many voters want the President to “have” religion when the Constitution states clearly that the President does not need to have any religion at all?
